At Turners Drop, all products are delivered digitally as downloadable files. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made and the product has been delivered.

No Refund Policy for Digital Products Because digital products are immediately accessible upon purchase, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. Please review all product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

Exceptions If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchased product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a replacement file.

Duplicate Purchases If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us and we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge.
